Martin Cates, Designated Broker at Cates Real Estate reports, "Our market continues strong and steady. Well listed properties draw interest sometimes within hours and, for buyers, good opportunities can slip by quickly. For sellers, make sure you have a plan, talk with your professional resource. With interest rates remaining stable, we remain in a very dynamic cycle."
