Kerry was able to use her knowledge of local markets to steer me in better directions than I originally thought of. On a moments notice, she gave up an entire Sunday to meet with us and show us houses in 4 towns, and additional drive byes across multiple neighborhoods in Portland. When the right property listed, she jumped all over it and 30 days later we moved in (she even helped unload the trailer.)
I have never had a real estate purchase go this smoothly before. I am very glad we happened across Kerry and her team and definitely recommend to anyone.

Stacey's approach made every step of the process feel easy, even when it wasn't. There were some bumps in the road becasue I was selling an old house that needed work. Stacey was hands on to the point of making repairs herself, and encouraging at just the right moments, guiding me through the journey when I lost my steam. I am extremely happy with the way the sale ended, and I'm contentedly settling into my new home (also with her great help!). Stacey is that rare breed of groundedness, ease, integrity, professionalism and grit. Kerry really got to know me and only recommended properties that were a good fit. I was able to find and move into my new home in less than a month. That is unheard of in this Southern Maine real estate market. Kerry and her partner Aimee are experienced professionals and are so good at their jobs. I wouldn't work with anyone else.

Melissa Gogel is a rock star. My wife and I just purchased a second home in Maine but did not know the rules of the road. We had not looked at any other properties and therefore did not have an agent. So Melissa was appointed to us by the selling agent (same firm). We were not quite sure how that would work out. Well, my wife and I hit the jackpot. Melissa was super knowledgeable on the market and the process. She guided us through negotiations with skill and the wisdom of experience. Though employed by the same firm as the selling agent, she worked completely independently and in our best interests. She was available to answer questions from the time we met until the moment we closed (and after). She is (importantly) a nice, kind, person. We could not recommend Melissa more highly. In fact, when we were leaving our closing (super excited and completely satisfied), I asked her if she represents sellers should the need arise.

Kerry was a great advocate for me during the property viewing and purchase process, and provided very valuable statistical evaluation of the market along with comparable recent sales. During the negotiation process, she came up with a counter offer plan that was effective and ultimately secured the property for me.
