Maine Association of REALTORS has released the latest press release for home sales comparison for February 2015. The sales show statewide median sales prices and comparisons for units sold. Knox County home sales shows a slight increase in median sales price with the average raising 12.96 percent from $164,625 in 2014 to $185, 953 in 2015.
