Kerry was professional, knowledgeable and helpful right from the first time we met, and throughout the sales process. She listened to us throughout the sales process and gave us honest feedback along the way. Combined with her (and Aimee’s) expertise and friendliness, the presentation of polished and updated materials at our first visit was what put her over the top when we selected her through Cates Real Estate to sell our home. We received exceptional customer service at every turn. She was responsive, understood our needs, and brought us to the finish line as quickly, accurately and smoothly as we could have hoped.

Best Realtor by far in the area. Have used Erik Several times for both purchasing and selling homes. Will use him again every single time I need a realtor. Works harder than any other realtor. I’ve bought and sold houses in other states, and Erik is phenomenal.

We have bought and sold everything with Erik, he gets it done. We recently moved my mother in with us and were afraid she may not be able to get her a house because it’s such a competitive market. Erik found her a perfect house walking distance from ours so she can see her grandchild whenever she wants. The man has the patience of a saint, and worked a miracle for us. Thank you sir.
