Erik supported me in the purchase from the start. We had some hurdles at the start, but we worked them out quite well. He covered a lot of ground, grooming the lists to provide a full list properties until we hit on the property I bought. He was steady, and helpful through to the final signing.

My house was ordered by the court to be sold and so I needed a broker that was willing to deal with the selling of my house. My lawyer highly recommended Erik Jura for the job. Erik was very professional and friendly. I hired him because he knew exactly what to do and how to go about selling the house for my situation.
Erik had a buyer for the house approximately 7-8 weeks after it went on the market. The closing was scheduled for one month later, but it needed to be extended due to my having to go back to court. The buyer had no problem with that and the closing date was rescheduled. Erik did a great job keeping everyone informed of the progress and also with the selling of the house.
I could not have asked for a better broker to sell my house!!!
