Kerry made the whole process as easy as a house sale can go. She answered questions with depth and knowledge. Kerry knows so much about houses and the market. Our house sold in just three day with seven offers! She is personable and a lot of fun to work with. I miss seeing her!

When I began our house hunt, I was quite dismayed by my realtor choice. She said things like: "this house'll be gone in a week!" To push my decision... Otherwise she seemed not really interested. A new friend of mine suggested Erik; apparently they're neighbors. When we met I realized he was fathoms of depth more Professional than my other realtor. He had us sign things right away, he really was interested in the details of our situation, and he held our hand! I no longer felt we were 'on-our-own' in the real estate game. And he did No posturing or pushing. Actually urging prudence and welcoming the inspectors in ... wanting us to be happy with our purchase ...
