Erik did a great job, he showed us houses that we wanted to see in a timely manner. He knows the local area and knew what we were looking for. He handled the contracts fast and effectively, met us where it was convenient for us to take care of some of the money issues. He worked very hard for us and resolved some issues that we were facing and made it easy for us to make the decisions that we made. I would highly recommend him to anyone, great job! For a first time buyer, Erik was very helpful anytime we had a question or concern he looked right into it and got back to us very quickly. He was very approachable and helped in every way that he could. Our experience was good, exciting and in the end very pleasing. We are happy with the home and very happy with Erik's performance. Thank you to everyone. I would recommend Erik Jura to anyone looking for a home, he is friendly, pleasant and very helpful. We had some rare questions and he researched and reached out to other professionals to find out the answers and informed us how to handle it. It was a tree safe issue, and he helped out tremendously. Kerry and her team were so helpful in each and every step of our home-buying journey. My fiance and I feel so lucky to have worked with Kerry and Aimee. Kerry Lee Hall is an amazing relator to work with. She made our home buying experience a lot less stressful than my previous relator. Kerry's knowledge base and understanding of my needs and requirements was always her #1 priority throughout the selection process. I value her honesty, her wisdom, and her dedication to working off the clock hours, researching and setting up tours for us throughout this pandemic.
