Eric Jura is an outstanding realtor. Within the last 5 years, we purchased 40 acres of land next door to my home through Eric. This past year Eric Jura helped me to sell the home I was living in and also to sell some of that land. Eric is very knowledgeable in knowing what is available to purchase, what prices homes and land are selling for, and helps you step by step through the entire process. Eric is always available to speak with you day or night. He is just phenomenal at what he does. If I ever move again, I will always go to Eric. Poise, personality, perspicacity, and finesse--words not commonly associated with the gravel-and-grit world of real estate transactions. But all those words apply, and apply vigorously, both to Cates Real Estate and to one of its most splendid agents, Natasha Zontini. My wife and I recently struggled to find a building lot during the "hot" Maine real estate market of the pandemic period. We had gone through three or four real estate agents and had come to the point of giving up when, by chance, we discovered Natasha and Cates. We were immediately enraptured by the low-key but high-competence approach taken by these professionals. Whether the refined yet homey and encouraging atmosphere of the Cates office on the main street of with-it Rockland or whether in the secret labyrinths of the real estate world, Cates and Natasha always provided all that we needed. Natasha has an amazing ability to receive a question, go quietly behind-the-scenes, and then reemerge, in a very short time, with convincing and effective answers. We are absolutely thrilled with Cates Real Estate specifically Kerry and her team. This hasn’t been the easiest market to purchase a house. We threw many curve balls at Kerry and changed criteria regularly. Kerry remained positive and patient and worked with us to find the perfect property. We did find the perfect property and the closing was seamless and went off without a hitch. Every detail was handled perfectly. We highly recommend Kerry and Cates Real Estate.

Erik was very patient with the process. Both the seller and ourselves were hesitant going into the deal. Even in this crazy market he did not push either party and I think this was critical. When it looked like it was going to fall through, we worked on some other options. we felt he did a great job. Listening was key! did a super job even during the pandemic they offered a means to communicate with the office safely overall very pleased and impressed with Erik and the office
