Cates Realty is truly top notch! Over 9 months - from meeting to closing - we worked with Natasha and Martin to find our perfect home in Maine. At every step of the way, you can count on them for honest, candid, transparent, and timely feedback. Their counsel was invaluable, and it was so obvious they weren't trying to push us into a house... but instead help us find the RIGHT house (and we did!). Jannika is a rock star! She was so caring and compassionate in her dealings with my husband and I. Stacey Souza was the real estate agent we chose to sell our mother’s house. This house was home to all of us and was owned by our parents for over 70 years. When we met with her for the very first time, at the house, she was beyond prepared and very knowledgeable about the house and the area. She had been to the town office and thoroughly researched all the information that was out there. She’s also extremely great at marketing. Our house was out there everywhere! She showed it numerous times and it sold and closed within three months! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and if you choose Stacey as your realtor, you won’t be disappointed. She’s intelligent, knowledgeable, a true professional and the BEST! The whole process of selling our childhood home with Stacey was fantastic. She was patient and professional at all times. It was a journey that none of us (4 siblings) had ever been through before and we were so happy to have her by our sides through the whole process.

Meeting Stacey for the first time, I knew instantly she was the right person for the job! She was eager, motivated, attentive to all my concerns, and extremely confident in herself and her work!
