Melissa is very friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable. She was attentive to our needs and likes and dislikes. Kerry was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to buying and selling our home. She was attentive to our needs and worked to achieve our goals. After moving to another country before closing, Kerry helped ensure our home was properly cleaned (by letting in the cleaning company and retrieving mail/packages and dropping them off to a neighbor) and ready for the next owners. Our realtor, Ginnie Hess, made the process of finding our forever home something to look forward to. We truly felt Ginny put our needs foremost during the almost year long search. We were looking for a very specific type of property and Ginny was always very postiv, knowledgable and upbeat as we hiked many large parcels of fields and forests in various weather. Ginnie has been such a blessing through this process. Since we were buying from out of state, we needed special accommodations and support in terms of house tours, local knowledge, inspections, recommednations, etc. Ginnie went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met.
