We cannot recommend Natasha Zontini enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home. The entire time we worked with Natasha, about a year in total, she never faltered in her professional, kind, and knowledgeable presentation. We even had a completely unprecedented and tragic experience happen while under contract with a house, and she handled the entire situation with such grace and sensitivity while also continuing to work quickly and effectively to remedy the situation. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and the business, and helped to guide us first time home owners through the process and answer our many, many questions. We can honestly say we loved working with Natasha so much and are so happy in our new home! Natasha was incredible throughout our process of looking for a house. From the first time we contacted her to start the search, she was extremely communicative, walked us through all of the different phases of the search, offer, closing, contracting, etc. Natasha is incredibly knowledgeable about what to look for in terms of potential problems or areas of the home that need attention, contextualizing and guiding on how to approach each situation, and in understanding where to go to get additional information or expertise. We needed a realtor when Steve and I rather sponatneously decided to purchase a home in Thomaston, ME. We found Blakeley Massey Kingsleyon a sign by a home wished to look at. She engaged us as a Buyer Agent for 6 months--but we ended up buying one of the two homes she showed us a week later. I wish we had more time with her...I've never seen such resposiveness, and such enthusiasm for being a Buyer Agent!! Steve and I live in Massachusetts, and didn't really have any professional connections in the Rockland region. Honestly, if you're hesitant to search for a home from a distance - don't let that fear stop you. Blakeley Massey Kingsley will take care of you.
