Susan always kept us informed of showings and always told us when she was not able to be at our home for a showing. Susan's efforts were above and beyond, especially when the buyers wanted certain price adjustments. This sale went down to the eleventh hour and Susan was with us every step of the way. From the start, I felt like Ginnie Hess understood me and what kind of property I wanted, even though my needs didn't fit neatly into standard real estate search criteria. She was dialed in on my comfort levels around property condition, risks, and costs, and was always considerate and upbeat, even when I had us driving up and down the midcoast on a few marathon showing days. And, once I'd found a house I was serious about, in the middle of one of the weirdest house buying times in Maine, she found ways to save me money throughout the offer process and helped negotiate a 10% price reduction. I'd work with Ginnie again in a heartbeat!
