Susan was great to work with. She is personable, trust worthy, professional and makes sound recommendations. I only had a 2 month contract, due to my not wanting to plow and heat the house during the winter time. She was willing to work with my conditions and was able to sell my house within that time span... in the middle of winter! I felt zero pressure from her, whereas I have been very turned off by the pressure that other realtors have put upon me in the past. I have bought and sold several homes in and out of the state of Maine and I cannot express how pleased and impressed I was throughout this entire process. Working with Susan was by far the best home selling experience yet!

Ms. Trenholm made herself available to us during the entire purchase, and answered all questions and supplied us with all information needed to help us make important decisions during the purchase of the cottage. There was some tricky parts to our deed and Susan schooled herself in the knowledge to help us navigate through. We loved working with her!

Susan always kept us informed of showings and always told us when she was not able to be at our home for a showing. Susan's efforts were above and beyond, especially when the buyers wanted certain price adjustments. This sale went down to the eleventh hour and Susan was with us every step of the way. We can't thank her, and Cates, enough!
