It's difficult to express our gratitude to Melissa for her enduring support in our hunt for the property of our next life phase dream. In short she GOT our dream, and helped ensure we found it. She's a special professional and we couldn't have gotten to where we got to without her.

Melissa Gogel is a rock star. My wife and I just purchased a second home in Maine but did not know the rules of the road. We had not looked at any other properties and therefore did not have an agent. So Melissa was appointed to us by the selling agent (same firm). We were not quite sure how that would work out. Well, my wife and I hit the jackpot. Melissa was super knowledgeable on the market and the process. She guided us through negotiations with skill and the wisdom of experience. [...]

We have been looking for a house for some time after Melissa helped us with a land purchase in 2022. Melissa has been with us every step, suggesting properties, providing tours, and ultimately, helping us find a wonderful property. We can't say enough about our experience working with her, she is knowledgeable, professional, and a joy to work with.

Melissa was responsive, well-informed, and a pleasure to deal with!

Melissa is very friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable. She was attentive to our needs and likes and dislikes. We appreciated that she never put pressure on us and knew that we needed to find a place that was right for us. We also found it extremely helpful that she "knows a person for that" for any and every professional for every possible quote or work needed to be done on a house. We highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a house or property in Mid-Coast Maine.
