Hello, I’m Chris, and I reside in Rockland with my wife and our one-year-old son. A native Mainer, my extensive knowledge of the state spans from top to bottom. I grew up in southern Maine, currently own a home in the Midcoast, and have been involved in operating a family-owned sporting camp on the Canadian border for nearly twenty years. I offer my customers an intimate understanding of Maine’s landscapes and communities when it comes to buying or selling property. With 15 years of homeownership experience in Rockland and a background in construction during the off-seasons, I possess a realistic and pragmatic grasp of home repairs, renovations, and upgrades.

Apart from real estate, I am also the proprietor of Swell Farm, a specialty cut flower farm located in Rockland. Before embarking on farming and starting a family, I enjoyed a decade-long career battling wildland fires and engaging in smokejumping adventures in Alaska. I’m known for being hardworking, honest, and a delight to work with. My primary objective is to assist you in finding what you’re searching for while ensuring a smooth, informative, and enjoyable experience.

During my leisure time, I relish long-distance trail running, mountain biking with friends, playing hockey, and challenging myself outside of my comfort zone – because that’s where the magic happens.
